The Community Forum at woltlab.com is a customer help customer forum. Volunteer moderators are also available to provide advice and assistance.
To be able to write in the support areas of the Community Forum, you have to verify yourself as a license holder. Log in with the account with which you purchased the license.
As the license holder, you can also activate an additional user for the support areas in your customer area.
Through the ticket support you will receive short-term assistance from WoltLab employees during normal office hours (Mon - Fri, from 10 am to 6 pm WET).
